can 2nd mortgage be included in banckruptcy?

When filing bankruptcy, can the 1st mortgage be left out if being paid on time,not overdue? But still include 2ns mortgage in bankruptcy claim?, more 

and can an overdue 2nd mortgage put home in default if 1st mortgage is timely?  if 1st mortgage is paid on time and has not defaulted but 2nd mortgage is behind, can 2nd mortgage cause house to default?, more 
and Renting an apartment in another state?  If I’m moving to another state, and its too far to go look at the apartment first, how do I handle the first payment so that I don’t get ripped off? From what I know, somehow I have to get the money to the landlord in exchange for a contract that I’ll be able to live there when I get there. Is that right or is there more to it than that? It just doesn’t seem safe to me… like what if I pay, drive there, and find out it was a fake? If you could clarify this whole process for me step-by-step, it would be very helpful., more

and What needs to be done in Option period of home buying?  I know that Home Inspector will do the inspection and if required the the house price negotiation. What are the other investigation needs to be done in-order to fully utilize the option period?, more
