and Our tenant is a packrat, She collects items from other ppls trash. Is there a way to evict her?  House is a duplex lease is not up until dec 31. She has completely filled the apartment with stuff. She has even covered over the window on her door so you can’t see in. I saw her unload a small truck bed full of things and put it all in the apt. My concern is sanitary because you don’t know what is in ppl’s trash, it could bring bugs into our house. There are other concerns with her but this is the main one. Does anyone have any suggestions, more

and The flood crisis in Fargo-Moorhead?  The drinking water here is really horrible tasting. It smells really bad due to the flood water getting into all the water systems. Taking showers with this water is pointless, you smell like chemicals afterwards. Can I boil the water then drink it and bathe with it after it cools? Were not allowed to leave our homes due to go to the store. The red river is rising. It’s now 42 feet high. It’s suppose to get worse by tommorow. The Army National Gaurd need the roads closed to work on saving both cities. What can I do just to stay calm? I’m stressing out really bad. I’m worried about how we are going to recover, our schools and hospitals. Some of my family members and friends homes have flooded, some already lost their homes. I’m afraid my area is next to be evacuated. I haven’t been sleeping for 3 days its truly heartbreaking. Also schools and colleges are being closed for a quite a long long time. I’m a college student and now I’m really worried about my college credits not being counted. I’m paying for it. I’m suppose to be done with the spring semester in May but I have a feeling this flood is going to take a while to recover. It’s going to cost both cities over 5 billion to fix all flood damages everywhere. Either will have to start the semester all over again, or it will be extended past summer. Please no smart a$s evil answers. Karma is a b!tch remember that. People are truly struggling over here. Theres no time for that kind of nonsense., more
