I signed an awful lease agreement, how can I break it and still get my deposit back?

On March 25th my mother and I signed a lease, the landlord didn’t let us take it and read it over ahead of time. So we signed it and took it home, and now that we have read it over, it is awful. We haven’t moved in yet and we want out.
Is there any way we can break the lease two days after it was signed and get our deposit back?
We know we made a mistake, so what can we do now?
I’m in Florida. And we can’t afford an attorney. We signed the lease because it’s cheap and we’re desperate. But, we found something cheaper and this lease is just awful. Restrictions of everything. The kitchen is tiny. Its dreadful. We only put a deposit, nothing else yet., more

and I need help I am buying a house its about Owner Financing for two years then getting a bank loan.?  Okay I got a call from my realitor after my bank loan didnt go thru on a house he called and told me about this company that builds houses and does owner financing so I wouldnt be going thru a bank its for first deed of trust its locked in at 5.5% for two years then he said I would have to go to a bank and refinance which would bring up the percentage most likely but they said if I didnt qualify for a bank loan after two years they would extend me another year basically untill I would qualify for a bank loan.what do I have to be worried about what should I be looking for on this? the company also have it set up for 35 year payment instead of 30 year a bank would usually setup but if I refinanced with a bank after two years could they change that 35 years to 30? thus making my payments outrageous please explain im a first time home buyer., more

and Anyone know the rent on a some what cheap apartment in south western CT?  Any town. Norwalk, Darien, Stamford, New Canaan? Not in a horrible neighborhood but not a super expessive one., more
