Open Question: Job transferring me How can I get out of my lease?

My job is transferring me.. I am unable to drive so I was looking to transfer my lease to a sister property managed by the same company my current lease is with closer to my new job location.
I called up the leasing office & asked a consultant about transferring he said that should be no problem I will help you find one of our properties closer to your new poe. can you hang on a moment?
Then the community manager came online asked who I was, I told her then she said oh well you would need to do a lease buy out & that’s 2 full months rent. instead of just the $150.00 to transfer
my question is.. isnt there anything this complex can do because it is my job that is transferring me? I mean in my lease it says transferring is only 150.00… help! how can I get out of my lease.
also my nieghbor was out in his front yard yelling at a guest telling him he was going to kill them if they came back.. he put his couch on my patio & smokes on my GATED patio.. is there any way I can break my lease because I am in fear for the safety of my young daughter & I?, more 

and Open Question: House with backyard facing a office complex?  Is there any downside to purchasing a house with backyard facing a large parking-lot of an office complex; the parking lot is well lit and has security patrol all the time. Also, there are large trees covering most the backyard from the parking lot.

Open Question: Renting a room being thrown out?  I am currently renting a room in New Jersey, I signed a lease with a woman who rents out the rooms. Currently there is me and another person renting 2 seperate rooms in the house. We were notified on sunday that we would have to be moved out by saturday due to her father getting a divorce and he will be taking the house back and wants everyone out by saturday. Now this is very short notice. Is there anything that we can do to fight against this. Was this woman allowed to rent out the rooms in the house, even though we just found out that her father owns the house. This is a very weird situaution and will be willing to answer more questions if anyone has them to help me out here. All help will be greatly appreciated.
Well her father is saying he will be cutting all the utilities off this week at some random time and what not we are just real worried., more
