My realtor’s been trying to do a short sale for 5 months now without any success. I have about a month left before it forecloses. How can I sell it by myself by eliminating her commission? Is there a way my realtor can transfer all the MLS info to a service that just lists my house on a MLS? PLEASE help this was my first home., more

Most people I have spoken with have never even heard of an assumption. Why is it a big secret?
