The property management company put both month to month and year long lease as the lease terms on the agreement for the condo that I am renting?
Can I give my 30 days notice and move out at any time?
Also, can the landlord damage my credit?
It has both terms checked., more
and Is there a Virtual Real Estate Brokerage in Massachusetts? If not, how about a broker w/ no commission split? I am a newly licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts. I am not currently, or planning to be, a full time agent. I am however working with a family member who is looking for an investment property.
I do not have the time or the need to work for a broker with a typical commission split (50/50, 70/30, or whatever it may be). I have seen a few “Virtual Real Estate Brokerages” that have no commission splits and only have a small transaction fee (such as Larry Whited http://www.webmls.net/join.asw). But I have not found one in Massachusetts yet.
Does anyone know of a virtual real estate brokerage that covers Massachusetts? If not, is there a local brick and mortar broker that has no commission splits, or at least a very high split?
Clarification directed at first respsone: The broker would recieve a flat fee for each deal, not commission based.
You do get what you pay for. I do not want very much (just a broker to vouch for me so that I can close a deal), so I should not pay very much.
I do not need an office, desk, phone line, or even access to the MLS., more
