how much does a mobile home cost?

my boyfriend and i want to get a place together and were thinking about geting a mobile home, how much does it cost we live in orange county ca . we need to stay around here till we r done with college. so can anyone help us ? like rent, utilities, and w.e. els we should expect, more 

and Suing my landlord myself?  I reside in Dallas, TX, I wanted to know if anyone knew if I wanted to sue for more than 5,000 can I do it on my own or do I have to hire an attorney?, more 

and How does the home buyer tax credit work?  I should be closing on my first home in the Oct-Nov time frame. I obviously already did my taxes months ago. However, I want the $8k ASAP to furnish at least the family room and master bedroom…what is the quickest way to go about getting my hands on the money?

I know I might not be able to SPEED it up…but how do I submit for it? Do I have to wait for next year’s tax return?, more 

I want to know the cash price on some of the tv's at rent-a-center, but no prices listed?  Are there any employees from rentacenter that know the cash price of some tv’s? I don’t want to go in or call because I don’t want any sales pressure. Pricing plain and simple. Is that possible?, more 

and i need information on breaking a lease for my friend hes lives in a apartment with 2 others and its hell!?  at first it was good but in the past couple of months its turned all wrong. #1 is the up stairs people. they are so loud some times we wonder if they are going to come through the ceiling. during the day isnt so bad but at 3am when he gets up for work at 6am its ridiculous. #2 is the room mate next to his room. hes always got friends over (two females) and they are up until 7am being loud and obnoxious. even with a fan and ac going you can hear them clear as day. they are so loud its hard to go to sleep. #3 is the other room mate drinks. when he drinks he some time gets so drunk he becomes violent. he went after me and i dont know what his intentions were but i am scared. he can be really nice, except when he drinks. people are always over here parting even though hes asked for them to find a different place to party and the apartment got raided because one of the room mates kept bad company. that person said we had stolen guns in the house which is so untrue. we are good people just trying to live normal lives. #4 is no one cleans. there is always empty beer or liquor bottles everywhere. someone will have a party and their friends will trash the apartment and not clean up after. there will be spilled alcohol in the kitchen and they wont clean it up. we are the only two that do clean and let me tell you its impossible to keep up with all the messes. and we dont even join in the parties. so we are constatly are living in a pigsty. #5 he fears of his and his puppys safty. its turned into a not so good place to live. there may be more that i am leaving out. im not sure if i have mentioned everthing. but telling you all that i have told you do you think that all that is enough to legally break a lease with out any legal repercussions? any and all advice would be thoroughly appreciated. please help. we are desperate for answers. he signed a two year lease and he has a little over a year left on his lease. thank you so much., more
