How can I get a housing grant?

I really need to move for various reasons. I really need to or I’ll end up hurting the person I live with.
Coming home everyday having someone calling you stupid and fat isn’t a reason to help me? I have issues with my Grandma and I need out. I am sick of being abused by her and her need to control my life.
I have a job and its only part time. The only reason I have been getting more hours is because people are going on vacation in my department. Other than that I am completely burnt out. I am going to be starting school in July and I need to move back to Philly. I cannot stay here. If you cannot give me advice please don not answer for points., more 

and my house is listed for a short sale. Can I stay in my house during this process?  , more 

and i have 2 condos rented but my monthly mortgage is more than the rent i receive 4 the condos-shall i walk away?  bought eh condo at $120,00.00 which now selling for $40,000.00..also i m out of pocket $170.00 for eh with hoa fees totaling $340.00 evey month for both…what should I do? still owe $82,000.00 on eh condo., more

and Unlawful Detainer Lawsuit By The Lender?  My rental house in CA has been foreclosed. The month to month rental agreement with my tenant is expired, but tenant would not vacate foreclosed house. (Trying to make some deal with the new lender)
I have no interest in the house. Today I have received Unlawful Detainer Lawsuit from the new lender. Only my name is on the lawsuit.
Why I am involved in the lawsuit? Should I wait for court decision to
have tenants vacate out of the foreclosed property?
Will this affect my credit report?, more
