and What to look out when thinking of rent-to-buy? I am currently renting a property that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in a 1200 sq ft house. I know all the rent I’ll never see again; I’m thinking of purchasing via rent-to-buy. How does this process work? The house I am purchasing is at 0% residency for taxes…? I am in the process of purchasing a house and found out that the taxes right now are at 0% residency. This will be my primary residence (100% residency). Do I have to wait until next year to change that? Right now its about $1230 more a year in taxes because of this., more
and My loan is scheduled for foreclosure soon. What should I do? My ex husband has let the house with both our names still on the deed to go into foreclosure. I spoke with the mortgage company and they agreed to a payment plan, and I sent them the 1st of the payments on May 26th. On may the 27th, the attorney handling the foreclosure sent me 8 certified letters stating the house is going to be sold on July the 7th on the courthouse lawn. Where do i go from here?, more
