This realtor helped us look at MANY houses and finally find the one I loved. But when the bank turned us down on a loan. Her and her husband took upon themselves to buy the house and help us build credit by selling it to us on contract. We are now able to get a loan through the bank and want to give her a nice thank you gift along with the check for the remaining balance. This women has been my husband’s neighbor for most of his life. she is a really nice person. She is a realtor at a VERY small-town real estate office and I don’t think a referral would be a good idea. Not certain what she likes or anything. she is older and in her 70′s. her husband is a farmer. Please I need ideas FAST. Thank you for any help you can give., more 
and Am I able to tow tenants car? Recently, I have parking problems. Luckily my leases are being revised. I have designated parking yet tenants and guests take parking that is not designated to them. I have one tenant who has a guest that constantly parks partially on the neighbors property. I have another who parks in front of the building which is next to the road her truck is literally only about 1 foot off of the road. I have designated this as a no parking zone. It is to b used simply as loading/unloading because there are 3 units front doors there (I did that to be nice when someone has groceries, kids, laundry, etc.) I have another tenant who has guests park by her apartment where there is brick (from the old road the building was built in 1900 so there is a brick driveway etc.) however where this is located is next to the main road. When a vehicle is parked there in order to walk from the front apartments to the appropriate parking areas you have to walk on the main road. (I saw a tenant trying to do this with her 4 children and it scared me to death!) Do I have to post no parking signs? or towing signs? I just wonder if I put it in the lease and it is signed if I would need the signs outside. Also, each unit is only allowed to have 2 cars becuase of limited parking. yet a tenant continually buys more and more cars. they usually don’t run long then they are just parked for awhile. Any suggestions on how to get rid of them? I hate to evict the tenant they are good tenants besides always having so many cars. Advice please. (I am in PA)
it will be stated in all new leases. it is specifically drawn out which areas can be parked in and by whom. It also clearly shows where there cannot be parking. The leases will also state that towing can take place even when signs are not in place and it is the tenants responsibility to educate their guests on the parking procedures., more
and need to get out of my lease, please help? i posted a question earlier but didnt get answers. i live in virginia and we started renting a house for $1200,00 rent a month. turns out this house has something new wrong with it everyday, am i allowed to find someone else for the lease. the lease does not say anything about that. the landlord wrote a few lines herself, just thats its for a year and how much rent we have to pay

As a homebuyer of a foreclosure, will I have to pay the realtor's commission? The addendum I received about making an offer on a foreclosure states, “Buyer agrees to pay all allowable closing costs on behalf of the seller and buyer.” I expected to pay all the closing costs except the commission because it was not my choice to list the house with a real estate company. and help me find a house!!!! please? well about a year ago my house caught on fire and we have been living with my bro place but my parents r tryin to buy a house my dads price is really low so we is lookin for a house mostly in springfield IL and its all a really bad place we still have the property where the house caught on fire but we can’t do anything with it it!!! I really want to move back to my old school new berlin and all my friends and boyfriend go there its very hard for me and my parents think tht im fine but im not for a long time months I cried every night bcuz of this and now its worse bcuz its coming close for me to have to stay in district 186 and I can’t I don’t like tht school at all!!! my mom doesn’t want to move into springfield either but if someone culd have a big warm heart and look for a house tht has 3 bedrooms and a back yard (i have 2 dogs a lab and jrt )and tht is in new berlin school district #16 they wuld become my new bestest best friend!!! my dogs have to live in someone elses place so I don’t get to live with see them every day! the house culd be any where loami new berlin curran berlin where ever and it does have to be a house (i wuld rather it be a house with a basement for saftey)i just wanna live back with my friends like the old days I might be only 13 and not understand how this works but I came here for someone to help us!!! in my fam its my parents my brother (who is 20)and me im 13 oh and also my 2 dogs my dad won’t go over 100000 there was a house for 91000 he didn’t even go for tht and there was land tht we culd put something on it to live in tht was only 30000 it has to be a house and just make sure it around 50000 or else my dad won’t even look at it! thank you!!! www.myspace.com/k9tails1999 (send me all the info where u found it in myspace or email) k9tails1999@yahoo.com, more
