and Can I use a ranch as a comparable when appraising my two story house?  We have had our brand new home for 1.6 years. The interest rate we got was a little higher and we now qualify for an FHA loan at 5.50%. It would help us greatly to take this offer. Anyway, our appraisal came in 7k under what we paid for it. We have added a 15k patio and about 3 to 5k of landscaping. The appraiser could not find comparables in our area and went outside the area to a community in the same school district but with a large amount of new construction homes. We want to protest the appraisal, but all that has sold in our area are ranches. Can I use a ranch as a comparable to my 2 story home? Also, can I use an older home to compare to a new home? Thanks so much!, more

.”This lease will automatically renew for a term of 2 full calendar months(also called the renewal term) at the end date of this lease or at the end date of any renewal term UNLESS Tenant gives landlord at least 60 days notice before end date or before end of any renewal term. So ok….it’s now June 16th….can I give my 60 days today and be ok? I’m so confused.
and it says you have to give the 60 days BEFORE the end of the renewal period…if we are in the June/July renewal…wouldnt i have had to give my 60 days before the end of May? So, now I’ll have to wait to give my 60 days and move at the end of Sept?
You are NOT understanding the question! THAT is why I keep posting it. If a term is considered 2 full months the months would be April and May, June and July and Aug and Sept…so i cant move at the end of Aug because that term is not over til the end of Sept. CORRECT!, more
