I’m looking to rent-to-own a house that is FSBO. In their online listing they said they are willing to do rent-to-own. I would simply like an answer to my question not a bunch of information about rent-to-own vs. buying a home. I am in Michigan if that helps., more

What is the feeling like when you close on your first home and finally move in? I’m guessing that its exciting at first and then you realize that you have XXX amount of dollars to pay every 1st of the month for the next 30 years? and Can you bid on a house that doesn't have an asking price? I have done much research on the property and knew more about it than the agent representing the Mortage Co that owns it…he however is playing hard ball and says that he can’t take a bid to them because they have not set a price for it yet. It has an MLS number and is a listed property. I need to know if I make an offer if he is legally obligated to take it to them regardless of what he told me.
