Or if you write a check does the LandLord cash it or wait to cash it if there is any damage when you move out? The reason why I ask is because security deposits are A LOT and what if I dont have the money when I move in?, more 
and If you have a house inspected before you buy,? and problems were found like black mold, would they have to report that to anyone? I think that people should be informed if someone wastes time and money on inspection and finds black mold in a house, anyone interested there after wouldnt they have to be informed of the findings?

and Why is the seller charging us per diem when its there fault? We signed the addendum for a house paid for escrow and have gotten it inspected and appraised. Bank approved our loan and we are still getting the worse of it they keep extending our closing date now they want to charge per diem. They say its the seller doing the hold up. No one is giving me answers. Please help I dont know what to do. I dont want to back out or i will loose money that I gave escrow or will I?, more
Commercial Lease Question? I sublet commercial space in Virginia and just found out my lessor has not been paying the rent I have been paying her and she has now been served with a 10 day pay or quit notice. Does anyone have any advice on what to do next? I cant possibly move my business in 10 days and are in a real jam. Please help.

and Why does most of the lenders/brokers don't respond once they have a signed home loan application? I have seen with 2-3 lenders/brokers where initially they answer all your questions through email every minute or on phone.
Once they have my signed application, they don’t bother much ? does this happen with most of them ?, more
