So I wanted to have the management company put in a screen door for my apt since theres no a/c installed in the units. Now some of the apt has screen doors and some don’t. I wanted to them to add one or just let me add one myself and this is what he said,
If you wish to have a screen door installed, it would be at your expense and will need to be installed by a licensed and insured contractor who is approved by our office in writing.
OMG can they do this!!!, more

and What has been your REDC Home Auction Experience? I am a Realtor and recently attended the REDC Home Auction in Phoenix, Arizona. Before attending, my client and I toured a Phoenix Valley home that was currently active on the MLS database and was also included in the REDC home auction list. Note: REDC didn’t hold this home open for tour during the times we went to tour it(this is based on my observation and other people I met at the auction). I was able to tour the home since it contained a lockbox for Realtors to access the home. Before attending the auction, I submitted an offer on my client’s behalf to purchase the property, but the offer was declined by the seller. Later the same week, my client then had the auction’s “winning” bid (probably helped we were able to tour due to my Realtor access), The winning bid is still subject to approval by the seller, for the same home we had previously submitted a bid on. The jury is still out on the auction bid answer, but I am curious about other recent auction experiences/results., more
