We have a condo rental business llc in NJ? The condo board is doing capital improvements on the outside structure of the building. Our monthly increase in out maintance is $105 on top of our $129 a month we pay now. over ten years it will cost us $12,572.94 If we pay in full it would cost us $8731.21. a savings of $3,841. My question is we can pay the full amount. Can we take the full amount of $8731 off our taxes and get it back or at least a high percentage of it back in 2010?, more
