Can i get a signed affidavit from my mom saying she pays me a certain amount a month?

I load and unload equipment for my moms church and she pays me not much but she pays me. Im trying to get an apartment. If she signs somthing saying she pays me, can they use that as my second source of income besides my paystub at my current job?, more

and What would be a minimum down paymnet for a conventional loan?  Will a bank give a conventional loan with only 5% down? Two of my credit scores are in the 710 range, the third is 680, good work history. Bring home around $3400.00 a month, I have around $800 that goes out a month between car payment and student loans. The house I want, I don’t think will pass the FHA reqirements due to being a HUD home, has minimal roofing repairs, I just don’t think will pass with FHA. It needs carpet and paint, but just has a few missing shingles, just needs cleaned up, but structurally sound, and is my dream home., more 

How much to modular homes generally cost?  I know you have to buy/provide your own land but generally speaking how much are modular homes? My husband and I recently looked at a “regular” home that was 230k for 2 bedrooms… we thought it was ridiculously overpriced and heard we could customize our own modular home to our wants/needs. We found no pricing guides and do not plan on buying soon so we have not talked to anyone professional.
Anyone have a basic price for a modular home? example – 3 bedroom & 2 bath, more 

and How much total household income would it take to purchase a $650,000 house in Indiana?  With $50,000 in cars, saving a few hundred a month. The house is, lets say, 3500 sf. Lets also say 2 kids and private schools., more
