I whant to stop paying my house.?
and My girlfriend wants to be on the deed?  I have been with my girlfriend for almost 4 years. We have talked about buying a house for about the last year. I make about 60K a year and she makes about 15K a year. I have saved up 20K for a down payment and she has nothing for the down payment. The home I want to purchase is 145K and an additional 15K for rennovations. The mortgage will be in my name for 160K. The house appraised at 190K. She want to be on the deed and I don’t feel that she should be. I have a bigger stake in the property and potentially have more to lose. Her argument is that she will be living their and paying utilities to help out. Am I wrong? We have a great relationship, but what if something goes wrong? No one ever plans to split up. She says that if we did split down the road she would not go after the house. Then why be on the deed? What do you think? I would like to here from both men and women on this one., more

and If we don't have a lease, do we still have to give notice of leaving in Jersey City?  We are renting temporarily in Jersey City to get a feel for the area. We have no lease (I know, bad situation for us.) The company doesn’t even make us sign a month to month agreement or anything. It just is. They only request we give them 15 days notice. If we aren’t liking the situation, can we legally just tell them we are gone at the end of the month (10 days away) even though they request 15 days notice. Will we get in trouble or only looked at poorly by the company?, more

I feel like my HOA is renting my condo out without my knowledge. What should I do?  When I arrived at my condo I noticed things have been moved, new things that I have not bought are here, somethings are missing/empty. I took my condo off the market over a year ago and I fear that my HOA is renting it out behind my back. What steps should I take and what can be charged other than trespassing?, more

and How do I find out who my landlord is and how much my rented flat was last bought for?  In England, more
