having alitttle trouble with rent/utilities?

alrite.my mom just moved in with me and my boyfriend and we decided we would split the rent and utilities 3 ways.the rent is 310,how can we split it 3 ways and the electric is $80 and the phone bill is like 130,someone plz help cuz i dont wanna have any drama in my house over anything.
yes,i kno it’s simple math but im so confused rite now, more 


and I own a home on a conventional loan can I rent it out and buy another with an FHA loan?  I own a home I bought 2 years ago and now have it down to about 80% loan to value.Now, I could sell and use the money to be my down on the new houes but I am wondering if there is a way I would qualify for a second loan (FHA probably), keep the first home and rent it out ( rent would cover the mortgage payment and then some and I am a property mgr,and rentals are a hot commodity in my town right now, so I’m pretty sure of this workign out ok as a rental property) I would lioke to get the new home wile keeping the current one for a rental .
I have good credit ( not excellent) and about a 30% debt to income ratio. Will wells fargo go for this or should I try a local bank or is this a pipe dream?, more 

and can we rent in someone else name, because of bad credit? this persom wont be livin there.?  my mom has bad credit and wants to use her ex husband, who will not be living with us to rent a place in his name, since he has good credit. he doesnt make enough to rent for 1400 but my mom does, my question is if they apply together will they do a credit check on both of them? or is just his cred check and her proof of income enough? also can me and my brother show our proof of income, even though im 17?, more 

what to consider when appraising a workspace?  have to do an assignment – appraising work space of a furniture store in london suburb. what do i need to be thinking about?, more 

and my wife and i signed a rental agreement that was handwritten by the owner but not signed,is this agrmt binding?  , more
