and I was evicted from my apartment last year right after I had given birth to my daugther.?  My boyfriend couldn’t pay for the rent so we basically were out on the street..almost! Now a year later, I want to move in with my best friend in an apartment but I am worried that both she and I will be denied any apartment due to my eviction on my record. I now have a better job and my boyfriend has been out of work so I have basically been providing a roof over our heads since january of this year. Is there a chance or any places in orange county, ca that would be likely to allow my girlfriend and myself to rent now that I am making more money? NEED HELP!!!!, more 

and Thinking of purchasing old put put golf course on the edge of town.?  When i was little we use to go to this put put golf course on the edge of town and it was great fun. Today it is For Sale by owner, and I was thinking about maybe perusing it a little bit.
It’s just on the edge of town a little ways out. I won’t say which town but it’s a big college town, and is right off the highway. I figured it would be a big market for college kids, families, and business men coming off the highway.
It has a driving range, all the buildings are still there, and the course is just covered in grass and needs to be mowed.
What do you think? How much would this set me back? Considering how much is still there i think it would take a great deal off.

and How do i get out of being a co-buyer on a house mortgage?  My boyfriend and i have decided to call it quits after 4 years together. In that 4 years together, we bought a house where i was co-buyer or secondary on the loan. I now want to make a clean break from him and the house. Is there anyway i can do this without this effecting my credit?, more
