Is it sensible to think about quitting my job & selling real estate?

I want to be a full time realtor I live in Idaho, more 

and who pays for realtor?  i’m a potential first time home buyer. i have yet to get a realtor – i’ve just been going to open houses & contacting the listing agents.
however, i’ve been thinking about getting one – now that i have a better idea of the house i’m wanting. my question is who pays for the realtor? is it all within the closing cost, the sellers agent gets a percentage and the buyers agent gets a percentage? how does that all work?, more 

and What type of fees come with buying a condo?  I’m looking into purchasing a condo, but my boyfriend and I can’t afford very high payments. I know we’re going to have to pay the mortgage, plus insurance, property tax, and associates fee, but is there anything else we have to worry about? Usually, how much would we be paying in associate’s fee and property tax and insurance alone each month?, more 

VA loan and buying my first house?  I found a lender I would like to go through I’m active duty and I’m going reserves here in a few months and will be working another job as well and going to school part time.
I am sick of renting and I don’t want to rent anymore I would much more like to pay on a house.
My credit is good my question is what are the best steps for me to take and watch out for when going about trying to buy my first house?
Is it hard to get a loan with good credit and with me be eligible for the VA being as I am a veteran?
