and temporary relocation of my house items/belongs?  hi, i am moving abroad with my family. And would like to know anyone know about the temporary storage space in bangalore. i heard in other cities they have temporary storage companies. which allow to keep all the house items belonging for a reasonable rent and anytime needed we can retrieve our items., more 

and Short sale taking FOREVER! Anything I can do..how long can these things take?  It has been almost 3 months since the bank received our offer which was the asking price for the house. There are two banks involved because there are two loans. The first bank GMAC is getting 95% of their loan back, from what I have heard many banks are accepting much lower so I just don’t get why it is taking so long! Once GMAC approves that has to go over to Wells Fargo so they can approve or deny whatever amount of money they will get. How long is this going to take I am going crazy! It seems like every time my broker hears from the sellers broker who is in contact with the bank it is “3 more weeks” and then 3 weeks from then “2 more weeks” and so on! At this point we have hear that we will get a response within 30 days. Are any of these dates meaningful or is it just bs?, more 

I am a first-time home buyer with bad credit.?  I tried applying for a loan at the bank to buy a house and they refused me. I really want to take advantage of the first-time buyer 8k tax credit this year. I am always good with rent and always good with payments. My credit is refused usually because of insufficient funds and due to some black marks on it from the past. But as far as rental payments go I never miss one. Is there anything I can do, any programs I can go through to help first-time buyers with not so great credit? I live in Texas btw., more 

and Why can't I find a home?  I have been on a house hunt since January. I can’t find one thing that I like. Rather I found something but they have since taken it off the market – just my luck. I feel like I can’t look anymore – I’m so tired of looking. I would like my dream home to fall into my lap at my dream price., more
