$10 per day .. can they?

I live in a mobil home park in Michigan and if rent is late they charge me $10 per day everyday that it is late..is that legal?, more

and Have you noticed the growing amount of land and property grabbing in your area?  Council (people funded) homes apparently no longer own houses and land but UNKNOWN “Groups” do, in that they have pointless names but like to known as “Housing associations”.
Who are they in association with?
So apart from exclusively rich Arabs who I know have been buying up whole Estates
WHO else is buying up all of OUR land we were all forced to pay government to maintain and manage?, more 

is it rent to own a good deal?  I’m tired of paying rent…but we don’t have any credit…and scares me to think to own so much… what do you think?, more
