and How should I deal with a late tenant?  Alright I’m leasing a one bedroom apartment to a single mother with two children. She’s didn’t pay her first month and she’s late with her second month. I keep reminding her of the late payments and she always promises to pay me back at a later date but she never has the money. Should I straight out evict her? What should I do?, more

As a full time student, how can I take advantage of Obama's stimulate plan to lower my mortgage payment.?  I was working full time for about 5 yrs, during that time, I purchased a house with no problem to make monthly mortgage payment (30yrs fix).
But I went back to school last fall as a full time student, living off standford loan and 20hrs work-study at school. Just wondering:
(1) is there any stimulate plan offering mortgage payment relief for people like me?
(2) if not, how can I have a cheaper monthly payment?
Thanks alot!, more

and please tell me if it is still possible?  i wanted to know if it was still possible for my husband and I to still try and rent an apartment even though it shows on both of our credit that we owe an old landlord from years ago?, more
