what to do after signing a "broker's fee" contract? So I signed a contract that stated:
“Viewing the apts require no fee but if signed, the broker is entitled to 15%…yadda yadda.” Am I still allowed to see other places that don’t require a broker or even other places with another broker? Is that contract binding me to that broker? I remember reading it but don’t remember what it said towards the end.
I signed it because I thought I was going to get this one apartment for sure. However, he said my guarantor wasn’t qualified so I’m looking at other options (ie other places that don’t charge a fee), more
