and Can I put a contingency in my bid for a hud home…?  Can I put a contingency in my bid for a hud home that says seller will pay for and make needed repairs to make the home FHA insurable before the home closes? Or would there be something in the HUD contract that would prevent this?, more

I live in HI, and I think my landlord is secretly coming in my house while I'm not there. Is this legal?  I have noticed things missing out of my fridge, and thought maybe I was just imagining things, but today when I got home,my TV was on a channel I’ve never even watched before.
