and Foreclosure but working the bank.? My parents are in the 28 day waiting period with their foreclosure. But they are trying to work with the mortgage company to lower their payments and still survive. Can anyone tell me of the chance of the mortgage company being willing work with them. I know this is vague but I just want some basic information or at least somewhere to look for more.
