and Breaking a fixed term tenancy lease agreement. Can you help?  We are on our 2nd 6 month fixed term tenancy and desperately need to break the lease 2 months early. Unfortunately we have been out of work and have been paying rent with housing benefit for 9 months. My husbands been offered work in the south and we need to move in 2 weeks, We gave 30 days notice. Are we responsible for the next 2 months? Are we going to get our bond back? With out our bond back we’ll be unable to move and thus forefit the postion of employment., more

Credit check for flat. Previous debt history.?  Me and my boyfriend are moving into a flat together and we are having credit checks done. Afew years ago I built up afew bills that I was unable to pay at the time but it has all been cleared now and the bills I do have I keep on top of.
