Can i break my lease if the AC keeps breaking?

Posted by on Jun 30 | Real Estate Investing Chatter

I signed a year lease and i’ve been there for about 7 months now. in the last month, we have had maintenance come over 5 times to fix the ac. it will work for a couple days and then break again. i need to move out in about 2 months anyways and was hoping this would be a way to break the lease….hopefully without any fees. i’ve kept all the work order forms as proof. any suggestions???
ps…there was a ton of water damage bc of it. the ceiling fell in the bathroom and appliances stopped working in the kitchen.
and everytime they come to fix it, they leave a mess of mud. the work to fix the bathroom ceiling was poor. spackle is all over the walls., more
