and Looking for RENTALS in State College,PA…..?  We are looking for rentals in State College,PA and there isn’t a lot on the market. We are looking from $2000 to $3500. 2700 sq. ft or bigger. Are there any other cities in that area (Middle Pennsylvania) that have more rentals?

and 911 question. Help needed please!?  We are rent to own. Do the same rules apply as to just rent by the week or month? Everytime we have a problem, such as a sewer leak, our landlord fixes the problem, but then adds the repair amount to the price of the house. Is this right?, more

and Can a minor sign a lease in the state of Florida?  I live in a four bedroom house with 2 other roommates. We are seeking a 4th roommate and it just so happens that our female roommate has a sister who wants to move in. She is 16. Our landlord requires everyone living in the house to sign onto the lease. I’m pretty sure she can’t sign the lease being a minor- and if she did it would be voidable? Also what liabilities would I be facing living with a minor?, more
