Hi we have a home in a warm to hot area of Toronto. Had an open house all weekend and an agent open house Wednesday and took offers the Thursday. We had tons of traffic, 40 people per open house, and appointments 4 a day or more for the few days it was on the market. We were surprised that only one offer came in, and we closed at 98% of asking, subject to home inspection. We are continuing to show the house until the home inspection is removed. If we got all this traffic and interest, but only one offer, what does this say about our pricing strategy? we are in a small 2 bedroom bungalow very close to Lake Ontario., more
