anyone have success remod home loan thru hud?

and Land/contract and I put 25,000 down.I am mentally /physically disabled.Owner is trying to amend original.Help!?  I can send copies by email if you have any questions.I feel like I have been taken advantage of since owner knew I was on a fixed income .He has made my payments to the point I am afraid of losing my 25,000 and my home., more 

and How can I legally walk away from the house I just bought?  I just bought a house and realize I made a huge mistake. I don’t think I could sell for what owe, because calculated interest bring it to $4k more.
I don’t care if I don’t make a dime, as long as I can find a way to legally walk away without going into foreclosure., more 

How can I get my boxes delivered?  I’m moving away from Scotland to England at the begining of next month and have about 9 boxes to be sent. I have no way of getting this sent down just yet, but was wondering if I could use Royal mail or parcel force and send them to my partners address.
Could anyone give me tips about this and what to do and what would be the best way to get these parcels sent down?
