is my landlord allowed to tell me i cant have a ping pong table in the house?

its been in the house for a while now and hes never had a problem with it until he wanted me to move it out so he could show the house so i did and now he tells me i can never bring it back in unless its in my room

…im still living their just one of my roomates are moving out so hes lookin for someone to fill it and he already has found someone, more

Are Florida renters responsible for replacing a pool pump?  I was renting a house for only one month. The landlords were shady and we’re pretty sure they only rented the house to get money to fix it up. Within 3 days we were having huge issues with the pool leaking, locks not working and many other little things. we all came to an agreement that we would be out by the end of the month. however once we were out and we finally got our deposit back they took out $900 dollars for many little incidentals we have proof were not needed and they charged us for things they said they were doing and we wouldn’t have to worry about. My biggest concern is that they are holding us responsible for damaging their pool pump and I was under the impression that that is something the landlord is responsible for. If anyone is familiar with Florida tenant law please help us we really need our money back and would like to get as much info as we can to hopefully resolve this without having to go to court., more
