He has no water pressure, it is very low. It takes 20 minutes for the washer to fill, and you can’t even use the shower because it won’t work at all. There is an issue also with drainage, every time they do a load of laundry water fills their bathtub and runs out around the bottom of their commode, filling their floor with water. They have found an extensive ammount of mold on the walls in the bathroom and their are no fire alarms in the home which is two stories and four bedrooms. The landlord have blown out the lines 3 times and this problem keeps reoccuring, and they are not putting any paper products in the toilet. Anyone out there know anything about re-fianancing a manufactured home. I’ve lived in it for 10 years now and is in very good condition. I’ve got 20 years left on my loan with Green Tree. I”ll probably meet my maker before then. But I’d like to leave my children something. Money is not an option as I’m trying to live on a low fixed income. Please!!!!! Someone out there should have some answers or leads., more
and Where can I find tax rates based on school districts for central Ohio? I live in NE Columbus, OH and I need to find the tax rates for the different school districts such as Olentangy, Westerville, Worthington, and Big Walnut. I need to figure out the tax rate/ house price to find out the overall best buy for the buck when buying a new home. Anyone know where to find this, or, better yet, anyone know the tax rates for these areas already? Or, even if you know the formula to figure it out for myself, I can do the math. I saw where Westerville is 2%, but I don’t know what year that was. TIA!, more
