Got a house for short term rent anyone?

Small family moving to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania shortly looking for 1 or 2 BR small house or apartment for reasonable rent. Should be close to schools, shops, hospitals etc., more 

and are dogs allowed when you rent a house?  were going to rent a house i was wondering if dogs are allowed please help thanks, more

Is it okay to rent an apartment with a friend without being on the lease?  My friend and I want to move in a two bedroom apartment together out of state. I don’t have any credit but her credit is good..so can she be on the lease by herself and I just pay her half the rent or will the apartment people not allow this?, more 

and If my credit score is around 500 due to a bankruptcy, and my boyfriends is 700 , would we be ok….?  …to qualify for a home loan in the amount of $120,000? How is the eligibility calculated when one person has bad credit, and the other has good credit? He is currently unemployed and I make good money, however, he’s got the good credit and I unfortunately have the bad credit. Is there a way that we can use my income and his credit or a combination of both?, more
