and How much rent should I charge?  Me and my two buddy’s live at my house. We all split rent. I pay $500 for the master room and they pay $375 for their rooms. My one room mates has his girl friend over 5 nights a week. She does not pay rent or utilities. I know people raise the rent if an additional person lives in the room, but my question is how much?
I own the house so they do not know how much I pay. I am thinking $50-$150 added to his rent and we split utilities 4 ways. Has anybody had experience with this issue. Thanks, more

and We're trying to sell our house to some friends. How do I get the title?  I would rather not go through a realtor cause we’re not going to be making very much money from the situation anyways. But I’m needing to know how to get my title from Chase so whenever they get the loan I can give it to them. I just wanted to know how from someone else besides a realtor or chase that is going to say well you have to go through us. But I’m thinking going through a realtor would be easier. We’ve only been paying on the house for 2 years though.Let me know what you think. Thanks., more

Closing date has been deleyed?  I am buying a house currently, my loan from a bank has already approved. The closing date shown on the contract is June 28, 2009, which has been delayed from sellerâ??s side looks like the title still not clear. There is no one tell me sign an extension document so far, my situation is difficult. My question is how can I dealing with this issue; if I can go back out the original contract? If yes, what will happen after cancelation? Thank you so much for your great advices., more

and will i be penalized for an overdrawn account.?  A while ago after talking to my student loan holder we set up an agreement where i would call them and have them take a certain amount of money out of my account each month. Well for some reason they decided to take money out of my account with out me calling which resulted in me going into the negative. they did it 3 times in a row and put me 287 dollars in the negative. Everything started going down hill from there. I lost my job and couldn’t pay my half of the rent anymore so i had to move back home with my mother.
I can no longer pay for any more classes to finish college either. I haven’t been able to pay the overdrawn amount for a while now i completely lost focus of it until about a week ago. my account was a free checking account. and im just wondering if i’m going to be penalized for not being able to pay the over drawn amount. if so how much? i know this wont get me anywhere but i just want to ask anyway., more
