What are typical electricity costs / kwh usage in the San Fernando Valley?

We’re looking into moving to Winnetka or Granada Hills into a typical 3 or 4 bedroom home (maybe 1500 square feet), and would like to know what people typically pay in electricity and actual electricity usage if possible (kilowatt-hours). Summer and winter rates would be great.

Home loan pre-approval did I screw up?  Me and my husband got pre-approved for a home loan yesterday. We were told we may have to pay off a couple collections though. But it shouldn’t matter because they are under a thousand dollars. I was curious what they were so I pulled my credit report there were thing on there that were incorrect so I disputed them. Then I got to thinking about it if I just messed up our chances when our loan goes to underwriting. The companies could come back and say they are true and bring up the dates messing up our chances. Any thoughts please help., more 

and HELP! Renting a house up for sale?!?  I’m planning to rent a house in London but I discovered it was also up for sale.
What happens if the owner sells it whilst we’re renting it? Can we be kicked out or would we be able to stay until our lease runs out?
