can my landlord renew my contract month by month ive been living in my house for 5 years?

i have a new landlord my old landlord sold the freehold to my new landlord but he want us to renew our contract one month at a time can he do this ?, more 

and What happens if you cannot afford a home sellers pack when you want to sell your house?  My Aunt is on an extremely low income…she does not work…she had cancer last year and as a result is deppressed…she is on benefits…she wants to sell her 3 bed house but cannot afford the pack….does she have to have one of these…or is there any support with the costs available?, more 

and I want to hedge my real estate portfolio against a decline in value with 10yr note futures do I go long or sht?  , more 

How do I get my home on MLS?  if I’m just selling it myself?

and I am thinking about buying a modular home.?  I already own a mobile home (double wide 9 years old). There is basically a deal where you can sort of trade in. I am looking at the Homes of Merit Bunchanan R-251
