and I own a property in puerto rico that I currently reside in. What are the tax or other consequences if I sell? or gift the property to my (adult) child, but continue to live there., more
and What is a Deed Document? I used to understand that a “Deed” was something you used to transfer land or property. However can it be used to settle account issues for other things as well like raw materials where there is supplier and a buyer?, more
how long does sale pending usually last? The house we are trying to purchase went from contingent to pending how much longer do we have to wait for answer?, more
and I just graduated with a masters degree and got hired as a school counselor. Am I able to get a mortgage? I have worked as a substitute teacher periodically and worked a seasonal high volume restaurant for several years as a waitress and bartender. I have made most of my income this way but I realize this is probably not the most stable way espically only being a seasonal place to build my credit. My tax returns show that I do not make very much obviously because I am a waitress.
However I have good credit, never have been late, I bought a brand new 20,000 vehicle of which I paid off within 2 years of buying it. Do I have to wait untill I am actually working for awhile… I really would like to take advantage of the tax credit. I am only looking to buy a home around 35k range and am able to put down 20%.
Thanks for any input or help~!
