What is it like living in Williamsburg, Va?

I love that little city. It seems very nice. What’s it like to live there? How much would it cost? What about apartments?, more 

and Is it better to build equity in your current home or build a healthy savings when looking to buy a new home?  My fiance and I are looking to purchase a home together. I currently own my home and have roughly $30,000 in equity. I’m guessing we won’t pull the trigger on purchasing a home for several months, perhaps longer. I don’t have any other debt at all. My fiance has roughly $10,000 set aside to help towards a down payment.
We’re definitely looking to putting as much down as possible when we do decide to buy, but we’d also like to have a bit in hand for furniture, decor and other items that come along with new home ownership. With that in mind, would it be better to make additional payments towards the principal on my existing mortgage to build further equity which would be used towards the down payment when I sell my current home, or simply continue to make my normal monthly payments and continue building savings in a money market account that would then go towards the down payment when we did finally purchase? Please also note I am currently making $100 extra payments each month towards my mortgage principal. Thank you!, more

and Isn't a Real Estate Developer a Real Estate investor?  Real Estate Developers what they do that is important is find the piece of land that want to build on and the rest is history right?
