Can my California Landlord allow the new tenants to move in while I am still paying rent? We have paid the rent through June 30, 2009, but moved out around June 26th. The Landlord did his walk-through and said he had some work being done over the next few days. No big deal, we decided that we would pay for a stain on the carpet out of our security deposit. I should add that I would never normally go through this, but these landlords have been really difficult. They let me know at every turn what is “legal, ” etc. such as providing a fridge. So, I bought the fridge for $400, and then they wanted me to leave it as a courtesy., more
and Real estate agent training in Vermont? If someone could refer me to a reputable training in real estate, in Vermont, it would be greatly appreciated. I would also love to hear from anyone who has gone through the training (feedback would be great) and is presently working in the field.
Thank you., more
