Can I do this to get an apartment?

Okay, so my boyfriend has awful credit, and I have good credit. We got evicted from his tiny studio, because they discovered I was living there. We didn’t really have any other choice 
Anyway, I am currently looking for work. He makes enough money to pay the rent at the new apartments we want to rent, but I’m the only one with good enough credit to actually GET an apartment, yet I don’t have a job. In order to verify employment before I have it (we have to be out soon), I am thinking of one of these options…
-explaining the situation and trying to work out something using my credit/his employment
-lying. Giving them my mom’s number and having her pretend to be someone I nanny for (that’s the type of work I usually do) and saying she pays me x amount per week.
-simply telling them my mom will be paying for the apartment
-my mom and I have the exact same name. Using one of her check stubs.

and Having a hard time finding an apartment with good roommates- any tips? My friend and I are looking to share a room in an apartment or house with fun, young roommates, preferably other college girls like us. I have 2 small dogs that will be there part of the time.
I have been looking on craigslist, and it is very hard to find what I’m looking for! And websites for finding roommates usually cost $.
Any tips? How can I find a place w/roommates that meets all of my standards? Should I go to local colleges and look on bulletin boards or what?, more
and What is a wellness letter requested by the lender for VA home loans? My husband and I are about to close on our first home. My loan officer keeps coming back to me with what seems like unnecessary document requests. The latest 1 is a wellness letter from my husband’s commander (he’s active duty Army). Does anyone know what this is and what it includes? I appreciate all the help!, more
what can a close family friend do to not lose there house? Ok so a very close family friend of mine just found out that there going to lose there home and ave until September because the in laws who own the house are selling it because the in laws are broke …now the family has 2 girls who are 11 and 18 and are stressed out and on a very tight income and dont ave any idea what to do and dont have Access to internet what can they do to buy them some time … they have to be out by september and the wife is a school cafeteria aid and the husband makes 250 a week so help me out here so i can help them, more
