and Advice and Questions on breaking my apartment lease?  Im looking to move asap. I cant because of my lease. I signed a 1 year lease with an apartment complex. I woulden’t of signed it if I had knew I was pregnant. So Im having a baby in December. We rented a 1 bedroom and we do not meet the income guidelines for a 2 bedroom. Is there any way of legally getting out of our lease?
Should I seek an attourney?
Should I tell the landlord that we are now having a baby and we cant move into a 2bdrm because of their income requirements?
Is there anything I can do?
