I was on the title, not morgage of a home bought in 9-2006. Am I elgible for the$8000 tax credit?

my Ex had better credit than I did, so our intrest rate was better with me being off the morgage, yet he had me on the title. Now, I’ve bought a home of my own, and I’m unsure if I can get the tax credit. Do I count as a first time home-buyer even though I was on the old title? I’ve done some research, but it’s still unclear to me what the definition is of a first time home buyer., more

and Does a landlord have to notify the tenant if a convicted felon lives downstairs? I live in a duplex.?  , more

and Tenant didn't move out….!! Advice?  We are renting out a home through a rental agency (big mistake) in North Carolina and the tenant agreed to be out on the 1st. We contacted the rental agency and told them to remind our tenant a week early just so this wouldn’t happen. Apparently, the rental agency either didn’t notify the tenant, or the tenant is stubborn and doesn’t want to leave. We sent the agency and tenant an email and a certified letter stating that she had until 11pm the 8th of July to be out of the house.. We were planning to move back in to the house tomorrow afternoon and have all of our things packed up into trucks.. We are closing on our home here and won’t have anywhere to stay. Can we have the rental agency pay for storage/parking/hotel costs until the 8th? What else should be done?, more

Do I have the legal rights to all copies of keys to my room until I move out? Can't trust them.?  I always had the single key to my room. When I gave a 30-day notice to leave, my roommate requested the key to show the room to potential roommates. She found a new roommate that will move in soon.
I’ve noticed though that someone continues to access the room, and we’ve had differences since regarding how soon to allow the new roommate to store things in my room (another related issue).
My question is: Do I have the legal right to deman that other key until the day that I move out, or does my roommate have the right to a copy because she is on the apt lease?
Thanks, in advance.
Thanks for for responding.
To the third person who provided feedback (thanks, by the way): I haven’t breach any contract; I’ve paid for the following 30 days beyond my notice.
And, I suppose I could have been more specific: The issue here is: I want to know if my roommate has the right to my room without my presence because she is on the lease. Can I demand either the other copy of the key or can I demand having to be there if she needs to access it., more

and First Apartment! Not so sure about this?  Me and my 2 sisters are moving out of our state 8 hours away back to our hometown. We will only have about 1000$ to move with. We will be moving in with a friend for 2 weeks first so we can get jobs.
Do you think this is enough to move on? we are going to get an apartment for about 460$ and the deposit is 200$. It’s a furnished apartment so all we are bringing is clothes and valuables.
We won’t be paying cell phone bill, car insurance, health insurance or any of that just yet because my parents are gonna continue to do that for a while.
What other bills can I expect? And if two of us are 17 and the other is 21 is there any way we could get on food stamps for a little while?
Any info greatly appreciated thanks!, more
