Can someone find a state or town seized property claimed due to back taxes and buy the home, building or land by simply paying a few $100 or a few $1000 in back taxes? Where can I find such homes? I’m looking for homes outside of realtors and hud that have been claimed by the state or county and will go to local auction. Has anyone bought a home or property this way? What is the criteria?, more
and I am renting my condo to a friend. If there is no lease or contract can I throw em out? This is not a close friend, but i trusted them to pay the rent. They are not paying the rent and there is no security deposit, no lease, no contract. Can I throw them out for non-payment of rent?
