How do i find a realtor to help me rent an apartment or townhouse in Broward County, Florida?

and foreclosures and banks?  does anyone know if banks pay property taxes to towns as local residents do, or do they hold out until the sale of the property to pay the back taxes ?, more 

and How can I REALLY find great deals on Real Estate?  I am looking for great real estate deals in the Metro Washington, DC area.
There seem to be SO MANY people who are scammers or just full of BS or something — I am looking for REAL deals on houses to buy, fix and sell.
Do you know how I can really find these? I am going to work on this, like, 80 hours a week — no joke!!

tell me how big of a health and fire hazard my apartment complex has?  in the swimming pool and in the laundry room sewage is backing up in the pool and out of the floor of the laundry room some apartments have toxic black mold and low levels of carbon monoxide and the complex has nothing but aluminum wiring running through it and the outlets and switches keep getting burned up every month.
