I am doing my walk through tomorrow and I’m worried I’m gonna get scammed. Last time I did one, things such as “toilet seat is old” were claimed. As far as I know my rear doesn’t possess aging properties. What do I do if I disagree with what they say needs to be done at the walk through? I’ve also had them say the bathroom was dirty, when honestly I thought it was sparkling for its condition. (I cannot make a 15 year old tub new, nor do I think I should).
Another thing is that I am going to have it cleaned when I move out. I called the company they go through and they charge the same as what the management told me it would cost if they hired them. They even told me not to bother cleaning too hard since I would doubtfully get it as good as this company. Since I expect to have it cleaned at the rate they gave me (in writing) should I be concerned that it’s not spick ‘n span? I’m not leaving it trashed, just not perfect., more
and Where can I get a copy of my town's budget? I need to find out my town’s budget for my Journalism class. My teacher wasn’t much help and said I might have to call the town to find out where I can get it… any help of where I can find it online? I live in Rolling Meadows, IL., more
and would u trust maitnence to come into apartment when your not there? the apartment manager gave me the option of being home when maitnence came by to do some fixes as I just recently moved in and certain things are wrong. I told them that it was ok for them to work on stuff when im not there. Should I be worried?, more

and If you buy a house and sell it a few years after, will you pay the interest on the entire term? If you buy a house and sell it a few years after, will you pay the interest on the entire term? or just the interest for the time you have been living in the house. Surely if you pay the entire term you would end up losing money?, more
