Property in ahmedabad?

I want to buy property in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar. I am playing to buy near CityPulse on Ahmedabad – Gandhinagar road from Indira bridge. Apartment is on service road.
Can anyone tell me current property rate in this area?, more 

and My landlord evicted me and put all my stuff some wear and he wonâ??t give it back?  My landlord gave me and my family a eviction notice and gave me a date to get out of the apartment. I was getting everything ready to be moved and put into a storage and I thought I had 2 days left to be out but the next day the landlord and the sheriff came and kicked me and my family out on the street and wounded let me grab anything so the next day I called the landlord to try to get my stuff but he said we had to hire movers because he didnâ??t want me to step one foot inside and I didnâ??t have the money to hire someone so he packet up everything and stored it some wear.
So today I called him to find out wear all my belongings are and he said we had to pay him $695 to get my stuff back he wounded even tell me wear it all was and I have a lot of expensive electronics and personal items inside. So I was hopping anyone can help me out with this, is he allowed to do this because I really donâ??t have the money and I need my stuff back. This Slumlord is the type that would smash and steal my stuff when he was packing it. This is really sick slumlord he was laughing at me and my family including my 6 year old brother when he was kicking us out to be homeless and the bad thing about it was the sheriff was on his side. and Should I move out of state?  I lived in Florida my entire life but have always wanted to try living up north. I’m tired of the heat and just ready for a change? Whats it like living far away from family. All my family is in Florida? Is this a good move or bad?, more 

How Home loan repayment?  Is it an intellignet decision to pay a higher EMI and reduce the no of years of home loan repayment?

and how to break a lease agreement due to roommate?  my boyfriend recently got in a lease agreement with a friend of his. however, she illegally has moved a cat in (shes not paying the pet fee) and she’s threatening both him and myself. she’s making the living conditions atrocious and she has recently started harrassing me to the point that i cannot come over. He and I both have phone as wel as text messages and phone call records to prove there’s harassment going on and proof of the cat illegally living there. what can he do? how can he break his lease because at this point its a hostile,volatile living arrangement that isnt safe., more
