We bought a Manufactured Home in 2006, but the house is worth less the what the actual loan-amount is. The Mortgage Company does not re-finance, never been late and been paying more every month.

and What to do without a co signer? My boyfriend and I decided to move into an apartment together and have set it up and payed the required fees and deposits so far. We plan on moving in 2 weeks, but one problem; we have no one to co sign. Since we both haven’t rented before we are required to have a co signer, and I thought for sure my dad would but he is completely against me moving in with my boyfriend and has even threatened to not pay for my schooling anymore if I move. I am set on living with my boyfriend no matter what my parents say, I just don’t know how we can get anyone to co sign since both our families are against it.
