and renting an apartment for the first time?  i am 21 years old and im about to rent an apartment for the first time. im looking for a 1br. i want to know how landlords calculate if i qualify or no?. my yearly income is about 35-40k . i heard that you cant rent apartments if you make too much or to little income, is that true? is my income considered too little, average, or too much to rent a place??, more

secure flat after viewing or before?  I am on gumtree a lot lookinf for a flat or room in aberdeen. Ive been getting emails and one of them,the girl asks for me to secure the flat because a lot of people are interested. But I thought people did that once you have viewed it,or am I totally wrong? Why secure it when I havnt even seen it yet,because I may not like what I see then what happens? Also how much would she be talking about?, more 

and My husband and I plan to move to Ashland, OR and get a 720 Sq. Ft apartment, about how much will the PG&E be?  I don’t need an exact amount, I just wanted to know about how much.
