Posted by on Jul 11 | Real Estate Investing Chatter

I would love to one day buy a home in Hilton Head, SC. Homeâ??s on the island can hit $1 million plus. What kind of income would me and my wife need to hit in order to afford a home in that price range?, more

and What can I do when I own my landlord money and Im looking for more affordable place to live?  I currently own my landlord a few hundred dollars and Im unable to afford to live here anymore and just the thought of having owning my landlord money kind of makes my contusions go crazy… Im looking to move and have a fresh start what do I do about the money I own my landlord? He is unfair and raised my rent without anything in writing so there for Im out of here. (Im moving out and not getting evicted) I was doing just fine in tell he raised the rent because I have cats (that’s not fair!) I am a good tented but I need a fresh start and get a place that has more sunlight and no mold smell… EW
I found a place across the street that has EVERYTHING included (cable, phone, backyard, heat hydro, parking, fireplace (bonus) and Landry) here there is Only heat and hydro…. But it’s a bet out of my price range but the Im going to speak to the landlord about adjusting the rent and Im welling to do somethings to maintain the property as well.
Do I have to pay off the money owing to my landlord before moving? I can’t afford to do pay the money I own him at the present time…
Where Im living is falling apart and Im have got really really sick from the mold down here the kitchen is falling apart and mostly everything is as well…, more

Which would be the bettter option if only you had these choices?
Lol, yeah in my town seedy are the majority of the trailer parks here, the nice ones are few and far between., more
